Pleo Analytics page

The Analytics Page, is the central hub for tracking and understanding company expenditure. This page provides insights into various expense types and role-based visibility.

Good to know: Multi-entity is not supported on the analytics page

Analytics Page Expense Types

The Analytics Page aggregates data from multiple sources to provide a complete picture of spending. You can expect to see the following categories of expenses:

  • Card Expenses: Purchases made using Pleo cards
  • Invoices: Expenses related to processed invoices. Crucially, Invoices paid outside of the Pleo system are not included in this analytics view as the platform does not have the necessary transaction data for these items
  • Out-of-Pocket spending: Expenses paid for personally by an employee and later reimbursed by the company
  • Per-Diem: Fixed daily allowances for travel and business-related activities
  • Mileage: Expenses submitted for business travel using personal vehicles, calculated based on distance and applicable rates.

Access & Role-Based Visibility

Expense visibility on the Analytics Page is strictly controlled by user role to maintain data security and relevance.

Here's a breakdown of what each user can see:
